We collect your mobile phone number and opt-in consent when you voluntarily provide it to us via email to board@RanchAvenue.com. We also collect records of the messages sent to and received from your mobile device.

Your information is used solely to provide the services you have requested, including:
- Sending maintenance and HOA community updates.
- Notifying you of upcoming dues or meeting dates.
- Responding to your specific customer support inquiries via text.
We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.
Mobile opt-in information and consumer data will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Nonetheless, we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
4. Protecting Your Information
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your mobile data. Access to your information is restricted to authorized Board members and management personnel who require the data to fulfill HOA duties.
5. Costs of Text Messages
Ranch Avenue Owners Association does not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. However, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.
6. Message Frequency
You can typically expect to receive up to 5 messages per month. This may include maintenance notifications, dues reminders, HOA community updates, and responses to your support inquiries. Message frequency may vary based on HOA activity and your interactions with us.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of an opt-out request, your number will be removed from our messaging database and you will receive a one-time confirmation text. After this, no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
